I was fortunate to attend an olive oil and balsamic vinegar tasting recently, and now I will never go back to buying either at a grocery store. The taste of REAL olive oil and balsamic vinegar is out of this world AND so are the health benefits compared to store-bought so-called oils and vinegars. I don't have all the information and I'm not a scientist or a doctor, but I do know what TASTES amazing and I can pass along some helpful information to you. I want healthy fats as part of my diet and the real olive oil and balsamic vinegar uses a fraction of the amount for amazing taste.
