I happily started a new health and wellness plan May 1.
Though the first phase of the plan does include weight loss, there is so much more to this plan for optimal life-long health. Incorporating daily habits is a big part of the plan. Need support setting and sticking to daily habits? Me too!
90% of people who diet gain the weight back. (source) My suggestion? Don't diet. Change your mindset and change your relationship with food.
