18 pounds GONE. My goal on May 1 was to lose 19 pounds. I am almost to that goal and have set a new goal for myself of 5 more pounds.

But truly what I have GAINED is so much more important.

Priority on my health.

Mindset that allows me to make healthier choices.

Plan and ability to be a healthier weight the rest of my life.

Ability to have fun with my friends and family while around food.

Ability to walk with my best friend (who happens to be my husband!) up and down the hills of our neighborhood without foot, knee or back pain.

Ability to play tennis again.

Ability to do strength training with my daughter.

Ability to fit into clothes in my closet.

And now an ability to help others with their food mindset journey.

I launched this website a year ago to help people live cleaner and brighter lives. My new mindset with food and how it fits into my life is now a part of that desire to help others. I am not perfect. I do not have all the answers. I know that everyone's path is different. Just know that I am here for you if you are interested in learning more.
