I posted about Gua Sha in the post THE WADDLE. Gua sha can be used for stress relief, skin firming, and sinus drainage. My new favorite place to use gua sha is on my eyelids. Gravity has taken over and I love the little lift that I get - a real eye opener - and the calming self care routine of the cool quartz on my skin.

Here are some other tips:

1) Don't be too forceful on your skin.

2) Use face-appropriate oil. My favorite face oil is Beautycounter's Balancing Face Oil with rosehip oil.

3) Ease your wrist.
