I have shared this story on social media but I am going to share it again here. When I attended the leadership conference for Beautycounter in August 2023, there was a big announcement planned for a new product category. I was 99% certain that this new product category was fine fragrance but there was a tiny part of me that was so worried that they were going to announce some kind of supplement!
