Friends help you thrive!

So fortunate that my friend Julie is also looking at vegan recipes these days! Rely on your friends people!!!!

Look at this amazing Brussel Sprout salad that she made and I loved it! So I made it last night and had it for dinner and again for lunch today! So satisfying because it has so many flavors and great CRUNCH!

If you don't own a food processor, get yourself one!

And Julie created this great little pepper popper recipe on her own. They are super tasty and you can add in whatever flavorings suit you!

Bag of sweet peppers. Use about 20.

1 container Kite Hill Plain Vegan Cream Cheese

1 Tablespoon honey

1/8 to 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

pinch of salt

add something GREEN - tarragon or basil

Stir together the filling ingredients. Cut the tops off the 20ish peppers and clean the insides out. Fill using a kitchen knife. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the filling set.

Eat!!!!

And Julie also let me know that she had found great items for vegan recipes on Thrive Market. I had looked at it in the past but went back to it yesterday and signed up and ordered a lot of items that I keep as staples in the pantry:

Organic Sea Salt Tortilla Chips, Rosemary & Sea Salt Almond Flour Crackers, BOOMCHICKAPOP Sweet & Salty Kettle Corn, Baking Soda, Organic Taco Seasoning, Organic Fruit Spread, Strawberry, Organic Dijon Mustard, Organic Mushroom Broth, Organic Young Jackfruit

I also got these for Bri and the girls to try: Chocolate-Covered Hunks, Almonds + Sea Salt, Gluten Free Fig Bars - Fig,

And for signing up you are offered a choice of 4 free gifts so I choose the Avocado Oil & Ranch Dressing,
