Sometimes to keep the body and brain going, you need an afternoon snack. Keep healthy choices readily available in your pantry! Along with a snack, drink a lot of water or unsweetened tea. Here are some of my favorite quick healthy snacks:
raw almonds
carrots and organic hummus
For something sweet, add local honey to tea or to non-dairy organic yogurt.
