Healthier hot holiday drinks

Think HEALTHY for your holiday hot drinks this year! Last winter, I held many GLOW UP online classes and one of the items I shared about was Golden Milk. There are many ways to make this a healthier option, and I simply heated unsweetened almond milk and added turmeric. The health benefits of turmeric are many: reducing inflammation, preventing cell damage, improving mood, supporting brain function and improving memory, preventing heart disease, possibly reducing the risk of cancer, lowering blood sugar levels, and boosting the immune system. For those of you that need a little chocolate in your holiday, consider making a healthier hot chocolate. I love the idea of just unsweetened almond milk, cocoa and a little maple syrup or stevia but look here for other ideas.
