Embrace change. #betterwithage

It is so easy to get in a rut.

But as Phil Jackson, head coach of the Chicago Bulls NBA team in the 90s shared on The Last Dance TV series, "Change is the only constant."

Many people fear change. I learned to accept change from a very early age because we moved 6 times by the time I was 17! And since, I have moved another 4 times. That certainly helped me not get stuck in a rut!

I often share that friends who have known me for a long time would never believe that I work for a company that sells cosmetics. Until about 4 years ago, the only makeup I wore on a daily basis was mascara, and I only used one skin care product for most of my life - plain aloe vera.

This was no longer working when aging hit.

I have found a need for skincare and makeup that adds moisture and adds a healthy glow. I want to address drier skin, wrinkles, sun and age spots, waning pigment in eyebrows - because this is all more noticeable now than ever.

When I was 25, a young salon worker waxed off about a third of my right eyebrow. These days that is super noticeable. Ugh.

So for my own confidence, great skincare and 5 minute makeup for #betterwithage are my everyday routine.

Change is inevitable and that’s OK.
